Social Darts
Absolutely, Whether you're an expert darts sniper or a total beginner, everyone has a chance to win when they play our games! We only ask that all players are over 18 years old. Rules for each game will be explained on a TV above the dart board.
Booking in advance during peak times is highly recommended; all our oches are available to be booked on our website, meaning we cannot guarantee walk-in guests will be able to play Social Darts.
We ask for a minimum group size from 4pm weekdays and all-day Saturday to make a Social Darts booking. These are:
- From 4pm Monday and Tuesday: 4 guests
- From 4pm Wednesday to Friday and all-day Saturday: 6 guests
Please note, during December we require a minimum group size of 6 every day.
Absolutely! If your group has more than 12 guests, you'll be allocated two oche playing areas next to each other when making the booking, and for groups with more than 24 you’ll be allocated three oches.
For groups of more than 37 people, please chat to our events team at events@flightclubdarts.com.
We have the world’s first darts vision system which can only detect our darts, so unfortunately, you can’t bring your own darts (as much as we’d love to see them!).
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your booked slot, so we can get you set up and playing as soon as possible. Of course, we'd love for you to join us for a drink or a bite to eat in one of our beautiful bars beforehand.
Let’s party! Add a note when booking that you’re joining us for a birthday so we can make sure there’s a treat for the special guest. You're welcome to bring balloons but please ensure these aren't positioned near the board (darts and balloons aren’t a good mix!). Unfortunately, we can’t allow banners to be stuck to our walls.
Please check your junk folder as it may be hiding there! If it’s not there, please pop our team an email at bookings@flightclubdarts.com with the date and time you’ve booked for, and they'll be happy to help.
We ask for a 48 hours notice before your booking if you wish to cancel or postpone; if you cancel after this period, you will not receive a refund for the gaming fee.
Each oche can have up to 12 guests playing Social Darts at once. If your group size reduces from the number you’ve booked for, please let us know no later than 48 hours before your booking so we can arrange a refund for you.
If extra guests join you on the day our team can arrange additional payments required in venue.
Food & Drink
You absolutely can! Once your booking is confirmed, we'll email you a 'Manage Your Order' link, which you can share with your group so everyone can select their favourites up to 48 hours before your booking. Drinks will be chilled and ready on arrival, and food will be seamlessly served during the first half of your booking, so all you need to do is focus on the fun!
We'll have the drinks on ice ready for your arrival and serve the food within the first half of your booking.
You can manage your pre-orders up to 48 hours before your visit. Just find the 'Manage Your Order' link in your confirmation email.
Absolutely! As well as individual plates to tempt your taste buds, we’ve got pizza paddles, platters and small plates to choose from. It's the perfect social food, created so that you can dig in as you play (and order directly from your oche!).
Yes! Our lunch offer is available weekdays until 3pm.
While we don't offer Halal or Kosher-specific menus, we have a wide variety of dishes that you can tailor to meet your needs. Use our allergen tool to find suitable options, or please get in touch with our team, who will be happy to help.
We’re afraid not; only food and drinks purchased at Flight Club can be consumed in our venues. Don't worry though, we have a menu packed full of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options, so there's something for everyone!

While we take every reasonable precaution, please note that our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. For specific concerns, contact our team - we're happy to help
We serve food from our delicious menu from 11:30am until at least 10pm daily.
Yes, we do! We've designed our packages for groups of 2 or more to make your experience seamless and stress-free. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive access to the 'Manage Your Order' system, where you can explore our packages and pre-order up to 48 hours before your visit. Packages are not available to order on the day.
Stories
Each playing area has a built in oche-cam which will capture all the highlights of your visit. These will then be emailed to you (for free!) the day after your visit, so you can relive all the action!
Your Story will be sent to the lead booker’s email address by 6pm the day after your Social Darts booking.
If you haven’t received your Story by 6pm the day after your booking, please pop our team an email at stories@flightclubdarts.com with your booking number.
Venues
Yes! Our venues are gearing up to show all England games and bookings are now live - pop over here to book.
Please note we will only be showing in our England venues due to the timing of the games, in line with licensing.
By entering the venue you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed by our Social Media team, or photographers and videographers acting on our behalf. These images and videos may be used online and in print for the purposes of promoting the venue. Please speak to a member of our team if you want to avoid inclusion altogether.
Yes! We are open every day, except for 25th December.
From 5pm onwards, we are an over 18's venue, so guests who are lucky enough to look under 25 will be asked to provide a valid photo ID in its original form on arrival as we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable forms of *IDs include valid passports, UK driving licenses or any card with the approved PASS logo.
*Please note we do not accept The Young Scot National Entitlement Card (NEC)
For lost property, please complete the form HERE. Our venue team will then check lost property and be in touch to let you know whether we have your item.
We love dogs, but dogs and darts really don’t mix well! Service animals, such as guide dogs, are always welcome, but please let us know in advance where possible.
Children are welcome in our venues before 5pm if you're popping in for a bite to eat in the bar areas. However, players must be at least 18 years old to be in the oche playing area for health and safety reasons.
As long as you're wearing clothes, we don't mind if you're stepping up to the throw line in a suit or joining us in your jeans!
Please let us know if you, or a guest in your party, requires assistance so that we can provide you with the best oche playing area or bar table so everyone can make the most of the experience.
Unfortunately, access for wheelchair users to our Bloomsbury and Leeds venues is restricted due to the nature of the buildings. While we have a powered stair climber for guests with limited mobility, this is not suitable for guests who cannot stand unaided.
Unicorns, Del Boy, bananas – we've seen it all! All we ask is that you keep it clean, and your outfit isn't offensive or a health and safety risk.
No, but fear not! We have coat hooks and areas to pop your bags throughout our venues and at every oche, so there’s plenty of space to settle in and make yourself at home.

Walk-ins are welcome for food and drinks, but we recommend booking Social Darts, so you don't miss out.

Yes, we do! Please show your blue light card when you arrive so we can give you 25% off food and drinks. Booking in advance is recommended and bookings can be made online.

Send a request here and please include the value of the bill you need a VAT receipt for, the time / date of your visit and bar tab number if you have one.
No, you don’t need to bring it with you. If you order food and drinks in the venue, we’ll ask you to provide a card for payment, but this does not need to be the same card you made the booking with.
All of our bars are cashless. You can order with our team, either by using our push-for-service buttons or up at the bar where you can pay using card or contactless. We also accept American Express.
We're afraid that's not possible. To ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, we require advance payment of the gaming fee, minimum spend, and any pre-ordered items. This helps us prepare everything for your visit so you can enjoy a hassle-free experience.
Queries about bookings
We hold Social Darts bookings for up to 15 minutes. We recommend you get to the venue as soon as you can, and our team will do their best to get you playing as soon as possible.
If there’s a wait, we have plenty of cocktails to keep you occupied at the bar.
On days where we’re fully booked, it may not be possible to offer you a later playing time and you will unfortunately lose your slot. Refunds will not be issued due to late arrivals.
To automatically cancel a booking, please use the ‘cancel booking’ button which is located at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. Refund will be issued in line with our T&C's, which can be viewed here.
Your confirmation would have been sent to you on the day you made your booking and it's worth checking your junk folder if you can't find it.

By making a booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions which can be viewed here.
All our playing areas are available to be booked on our website, meaning we cannot guarantee walk-in guests will be able to play Social Darts, but you can pop in at any time to join us for drinks in the bar.
Please speak to our reception team on arrival at the venue who will be able to let you know if there are any opportunities to play.
Each oche (playing area) can accommodate up to 12 players and you're welcome to add guests on the day and for them on arrival. If you'd like to pay for extra guests ahead of your visit, please let us know how many people you're adding so we can send you a payment link.
If you end up having more than 12 guests, we can show you how to rotate guests in and out of the game so that everyone gets a turn.
Social Darts bookings are limited to 90 minutes, but you're welcome to join us in the bar for drinks before and after you play. If you'd like us to reserve you a table in the bar, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely – we love hosting all kinds of celebrations! While we don't have set packages for stag and hen parties, you can personalise your experience by pre-ordering food and drinks beforehand. Everything will be ready and waiting to keep the party going.
If your group plans to come in fancy dress, we just ask that outfits are safe and non-offensive.
No need! Our playing areas have plenty of space for you to eat, drink, and get your game on. Pre-order your food and drinks through the 'Manage Your Order' link in your confirmation email to have drinks ready on arrival and food served within the first half of your booking. If you'd like a table before or after your gaming session, you can add this when booking.
Bar table bookings do not include Social Darts. To book a game, please use the BOOK section of our website. Minimum group sizes apply during peak times.
To change the date or time of your booking please reply to your confirmation email, or complete the form here. Our team will check if the change request is possible and be in touch as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day.
